Kids Forward Facing Book Shelves
We've been trying to find a solution for the books in Maya & Lily's room - We don't have much in the way of floor space so standing book shelves are really an option, but I found these cute ideas! I think I like the last one with the fabric - which do you like?

I agree, that last one is adorable and so creative. Kind of makes me want to try it in an office or something!

I think i like the last one best. It also seems safer. I know when i was a kid i would have been tempted to try and climb on some of those to get a book i wanted. I like the first one, too, but i can see a little one pulling a book from the bottom and getting bopped on the head.
ReplyDeleteI love these kind of bookshelves. I think children are far more likely to get a book down and read if they can see the covers.
ReplyDeleteThe fabric one is nice because you can customise it to the room. It would be super cute!
I LOVE all those forward facing shelves, but I think the first and the last ones are my favorites. :)
